Piazza del Popolo, Rome, metallic sculpture, height: 15 feet. Inspired from a mistake. As I left Rome I was sad that I hadn't seen S. Maria dei Miracoli and S. Maria in Montesanto. The"twin towers"of Rome. I was on my way to Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna in Borghese. I arrived at Pizza del Popolo from Via Corse. It was hot, hot, hot. I sat down on some stairs to the right. Now I have found out that it was the stairs of St. Maria dei Miracoli.
