Part II - Tips- Practice! Start flirting with as many girls as youcan...especially, at first, with girls you aren't all thatinterested in. - Don't take it personally There are times where a girl may berude, or cold, or downright hostile. Don't take it personally. Shedoesn't know you...you just started talking to her. Also, somepretty girls are just mean to guys when they first walk up andstart flirting with them....this is a defense from having been hiton so many times before. It's a little test to weed out theinsecure guys who aren't worth her time. By the same token, though,if she's not interested...she's not interested. Find anothergirl.
- A handy trick that works for meeting any new person (not justgirls) is to subtly mimic their posture. If she's sitting down, youshould sit down. If she's got her arms crossed, get your armscrossed. This is a very easy trick and really helps to establish aconnection.
- STUDY There are a lot of brilliant people out there who canhelp you learn this stuff. Mystery of the Mystery Method, DavidDeangelo of Double your Dating, Lance Mason of Pickup 101 amongmany other very talented people. Find their tapes, books, CDs,seminars, or whatever you can get. There are also forums out therewith advice for people on how to get better at this.
- If you feel too cheeky asking for a girls number or emailaddress after a few minutes try and find out what local bars shefrequents - or where you might be able to arrange another'surprise' meeting. This will appeal to her romantic ideals of aspontaneous, fate-like encounter.
- If you have an e-mail address using Microsoft Outlook, findsomeone who has your e-mail address and hers. Have them send ane-mail to you send her. When you receive it, on the line that sayswho its to, double click her name. A box will pop up with here-mail address in it.
Warnings- A lot of people, especially girls, don't like the idea oflearning how to pick up girls. They think it's misogynist andcheap. There are pick up artists like this...but it doesn't have toalways be that way. Those same girls (if they're single) arewaiting for the right guy to sweep them off their feet...to charmthem, and woo them and make them feel special and beautiful...andthat's what you can do with this kind of information if you use itwisely.
