LONDON - An English appeals court on Nov. 22 found in favor of the widow of a welder who contracted mesothelioma, ruling that the company breached its duty of care by exposing him to asbestos and created a material increase in the likelihood of his contracting mesothelioma (Rolls Royce Industrial Power [India] Ltd v.
