WILMINGTON, Del. - A Delaware judge erred in admitting expert testimony that asbestos-containing friction parts can cause mesothelioma and by denying a new trial despite post-trial disclosures that would have bolstered the defense, two automakers argued in March briefs (General Motors Corp. and Ford Motor Co. v.
